stretch fraise a long-selling staple item from Seilin & Co. since its release in 1995.
The shirt is made of a thick, original fabric, and features a gentle fit and texture. The H embroidery on the sleeve is Points. This time, we have put together a video of the stretch fraise production site.
Every step of the process is carried out by our craftsmen with love.
By slowing down the spinning speed and knitting slowly so as to entrap the air, a natural swaying of the fabric is created.
By taking the time and effort to knit the fabric carefully, we create a fabric that is thick yet soft and extremely comfortable to wear.
We check the fabric for defects, calculate the number of dyes, and then use the appropriate dyeing machine according to the weight and color.
We carefully manage the factors that affect the finished product, such as air and water temperature and humidity, and dye the fabric carefully and over a long period of time.
Cut the cylindrical fabric.
The fabric is automatically cut using a cutting machine, and the fabric is managed separately for each part.
The parts are sewn together using a flat seam sewing machine, an advanced sewing technique that minimizes overlapping of fabric.
We sew more efficiently by modifying some sewing machine parts. We carry out detailed inspections at many stages of the process.
To avoid putting stress on the finished sewn product, we use suction air on the ironing board to press the fabric.
