- This is DOG's classic baseball cap. It is a reproduction of the cap from the 1860s when baseball first became popular. The design features an appliqué of DOG's initial "D", and the wool lining was made from horsetail hair and deer hair to create a stiff and durable fabric at the time when synthetic fibers were not available. The iron finishing mold for the cap is also original.
