This tumbler is made from Noto cypress and finished with Echizen lacquer, and was specially ordered by OKURA from THE EASTON.
This product makes use of Yamanaka's "milling techniques" to slowly dry Noto hiba, which is prone to warping, and then finish-turn it to create the finished product.
It features the vivid colors unique to Noto hiba and delicate, beautiful grain.
The beautiful blue color is Echizen lacquerware, which is carefully applied one by one at a long-established lacquerware shop in Echizen.

It is the prefectural tree of Ishikawa Prefecture and represents the Noto region.
Not only is the wood grain beautiful, but it is also highly durable and has proven antibacterial properties against many fungi. This tumbler has a matte finish that enhances the unique texture of natural wood, each texture different. It also has excellent heat resistance and heat retention, and ice lasts longer in cold drinks, and heat is less likely to be transferred to your hands in hot drinks, so you can enjoy both with peace of mind. In addition, we use our own technology to suppress the scent of Noto Hiba, so it goes well with any drink. It will be delivered in a cosmetic box that is perfect for gifts.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this product will be donated to the Ishikawa Prefecture Disaster Relief Fund.
