PARABOOT
Paraboot is a shoe brand from France. In 1908, Remy Richard Ponvert started the brand by opening a small shoe workshop in Iseaux, a town in eastern France where alpinists gather. We mainly produce mountaineering shoes for alpinists.
In 1927, we imported high-quality natural latex shipped from the Port of Para in Brazil and started to produce our own rubber soles. At the same time, the production of down shoes also started. The brand name of Paraboot comes from the name of the port of Para.
Paraboot shoes are characterized by their robust construction, which is rooted in mountaineering shoes. One of the reasons for its popularity is that it does not get tired even when worn for a long time.
