Indigo dyeing and natural dyeing are the foundation of BLUE BLUE JAPAN. Fascinated by its deep colors and how it grows and changes depending on its owner, we have been developing items using various techniques for a long time. The "REWORK" project is a special item that takes advantage of the characteristics of such a completed product, processes it further, and transforms it into a new product.
Made of modal Material, which is a type of rayon and is characterized by its drape and smooth feel. Each piece was dyed black by hand, making use of the checkered pattern expressed in three levels of density using Bengara pigment.
The unique jet black shading with a hint of brown and the slightly visible pattern give it a gentle impression. The luster of the fabric is maintained as is, giving it an elegant silk-like texture.
A high neck shirt that opens at the back gives a dignified look and can complete even a simple deal.
The generous width makes it easy to wear alone, and the soft Material makes it recommended for use as an inner layer.
