BLACKSHEEP
The history of Black Sheep began in 1966 when Ms. Claire Hoare started raising six sheep. The sheep are the Black Welsh Mountain Sheep, the only black-haired breed in the UK, which is said to be the finest of all sheep. They are prized for their soft texture, rustic coloring, and excellent heat retention. Knitwear spun from black sheep wool is durable and has excellent heat retention, and is popular as outdoor and town wear.
