The entire process from raw materials to spinning is produced in North Carolina, and the fabric is a moderately thick 18th / jersey fabric.
Uses cotton from the North Carolina region, which has a low oil content and a firm texture with a dry skin feel. And in order to give it a voluminous texture and a slightly stiff feel, it uses an open end that uses the power of air to twist the fibers together.
