The 14 oz. heavy denim fabric is double-needle stitch and tough. The exposed rivet on the pockets give off a rugged look, like double-knee work pants.
And yet, the waist part is simply adjustable by simply wrapping a string around it. This is a big Points, as USA aprons tend to be complicated to adjust. The pocket on the chest is divided into three compartments, making this a truly PRISON BLUES-like item that combines ruggedness with attention to detail.

In 1989, the state's Department of Corrections established the company in a prison to give inmates the opportunity to acquire skills and rehabilitate themselves.
