- T-shirts has a custom design under official license from the United States Postal Service (USPS). The character depicted is Mr. Zip, the USPS mascot character popular in the 60s and 70s. It was originally designed by Howard Wilcox, the son of a postal delivery man and employee of an advertising agency, and is also known as Zippy. This is based on the design of an advertisement that appeared in TIME magazine in 1965. Originally black and white, Mr. Zip has been changed to his original blue uniform and orange face.
